NOEboard – The High-Tech Formwork Facing

NOEboard is a completly newly developed High-Tech Formwork facing. Its secret is the composite plate with the sandwich structure.

The long life advantage of the NOEboard formwork facing results from its innovative structure.

Your advantage:
A high quality of the concrete surface from the first until the last use.

Innovative construction of the NOEboard HighTech-Formwork Facing:

1 = Thermoplast layer
2 = Fiberglass base course
3 = PU-foam

NOEboard Formwork Facing and Panel Forms – A perfect combination

Low weight

The weight of a 22 mm thick NOEboard facing is about 12,8 kg/m². This means 13 % less weight than a comparable plywood facing.

NOEboard is without any moisture expansion

Thanks to the construction of NOEboard and the thermoplastic surface there is no water absorption and swelling of the NOEboard facing.

Nailable and screwable

Screws and nails can easily be used on NOE board. The resulting holes will be closed automatically with the next concreting.

Easy Cleaning

Rotation cleaners with plastic pads and water or 500-bar-high pressure cleaner with flat fan nozzle.

Heat-resistant and cold-resistant

NOEboard is usable within a temperature range of 100 °C, from –30 °C to + 80 °C.

Long durability – high number of usages

Sustainable

NOEboard corresponds to the European Waste Code 170203.

Permanently UV resistant

Easy Repair

Damages on the surface of the facing happen from time to time.If a repair should be necessary, it can easily be done by the NOErepair method.
No special knowledge is required. This can be done by your standard construction staff.
